well, i MUST to say, that is really difficult to me write about my "favorite" music group, because i've a lot of them, but anyway, i'll write about one group that i like from a looooooooong time, they are:
Misery Signals, this is a group from USA, that born after the broke up of "7 angels 7 plagues", a really revolucionary band, in all senses, like music and contain, so don't wonder that misery signals start with a big influence of 7 angels 7 plagues.
They are a Technical Metal/hardcore band that don't use only dissonance in your songs (because that is the first idea that peoples think when heard about metal/hardcore), they play a lot with polyphonic structures and melodic scales to create a beautiful atmosphere in the middle of the dissonance's chaos, that's exactly what i love of they, the innovation, the progression, the emotional sense of them lyrics, because emotions are weird and you can't show from a very different ways, sometimes you need to scream, sometimes the feelings are so sweet that you just can sing it slowly, and sometimes you feel something that you can't show with words and the only way to make it music is precisely by an instrumental, and that make misery signals, all these own ideas they make it real.
Well, i don´t known the group but heard many interesting, i like the gruop that experimented with the music.
